About Me
I have a PhD in neuroscience and I am an accredited low-intensity CBT (liCBT) counsellor. For many years, I worked at the Sagol Center for Brain and Mind and the Purple School Program at Reichman University (Israel), promoting and cultivating brain-based well-being and mindfulness in schools. Additionally, I developed and led numerous brain-based well-being workshops for mental health practitioners and the general public. Currently, I work as a liCBT counsellor. I also offer brain-based well-being lectures and workshops to companies, organizations, and individuals.
